Who can register as a supplier?

Manufacturers, processors, mills, growers/FPOs, aggregators, traders and specialist ingredient or packaging suppliers across India.

What products are you currently sourcing?

Our working range spans rice, pulses, spices, seeds, millets, nuts, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, herbs, mushrooms and specialty Indian products, see Products for the full catalogue.

Can manufacturers and processors register?

Yes: that's one of the primary supplier types this form is built for.

Can farmers/FPOs/aggregators register?

Yes, farmer groups, cooperatives and aggregation businesses are welcome to register.

Do I need an export licence to register?

No. Registration is an evaluation step, not a requirement of holding export documentation upfront, relevant registrations can be shared if and when applicable.

Does registration guarantee an order?

No. Registration does not guarantee an order or business relationship. Matching depends on qualification and buyer demand.

Can I supply private-label products?

Selected suppliers may be considered for private-label requirements, subject to product, MOQ, artwork and regulatory feasibility.

Can I upload my product catalogue and certificates?

Yes, the form accepts company/product documents and facility/product photographs, up to 5 MB each.

Can I register multiple products?

Yes: use "+ Add another product" to list as many products as apply.

How are suppliers evaluated?

Against product fit, quality, capacity, documentation, facility, commercials, reliability and export readiness. See Supplier Evaluation below.

Can I update my supplier profile later?

Yes: contact our team directly and we'll update your record.

Will my commercial information be shared publicly?

No. Submitted information is used for internal supplier evaluation and is not published or shared publicly.
