Branding & artwork

Your brand stays yours.

Bring your brand identity, target market and packaging vision. We coordinate the product and supply-side requirements around your approved artwork and commercial specification.

Triple K's own branding stays limited to navigation, process and small labels, your brand remains the consumer-facing hero. Concept packaging photography is illustrative, not a real customer relationship.

Quality & compliance

Private label requires more than a package.

The product inside the pack must meet the agreed specification, and the pack must meet applicable market requirements. Product specifications, testing, certificates, labeling and documentation are assessed according to product, destination and buyer requirements. We never present a certificate as active unless it genuinely is.

Export documentation

Commercial and shipment documents, coordinated as agreed.

Typical documents include the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, Certificate of Origin, and inspection, health or phytosanitary documents where applicable. The actual document set depends on the product, destination and transaction, confirmed per order, not assumed upfront.

Private label FAQ

Before you start.

What products can I private label?

Most of our portfolio: rice, pulses, spices, millets, nuts, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, herbs and powders, and select specialty foods, subject to supplier capability and your destination market.

Can I supply my own packaging artwork?

Yes. Bring your approved brand artwork and packaging specification. We coordinate the product and supply side around it.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product, pack format and supplier capability, and is confirmed per project rather than fixed in advance.

Can I request a sample before committing?

Yes, subject to product and sample availability, mark it in your enquiry.

What packaging formats are available?

Pouches, jars, boxes, bottles, bulk bags, master cartons and buyer-specific formats, subject to product and supplier capability.

Can Triple K handle testing and certification?

We coordinate product-specific testing and documentation according to the product, destination and buyer requirement, active credentials only.

Do you manufacture the products yourselves?

Not universally: products are sourced and packed through verified suppliers and partners unless Triple K's own facility is the source, which we state clearly per product.

How long does a private label project take?

Timelines depend on product, packaging, sampling and supplier scheduling. We confirm this once your specification is set, rather than promising a fixed timeline upfront.
